Enava Terms of Use
Enava is an audio guide for cities and roads: stories about places nearby, routes and spoken answers to your questions. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. The service is provided by [legal entity, address] ("we").
1. Safety first
- While driving, don't look at the screen or touch the phone. The app is made to be listened to.
- Routes and directions are suggestions. Always follow traffic rules, road signs and instructions on site, and mind the conditions (roadworks, closed streets, weather).
- You are responsible for your own safety and your choice of route.
2. AI-generated content
- The stories about places are written by artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) from open sources, mostly Wikipedia, and read by synthetic voices (Google, ElevenLabs).
- Spoken answers to your questions come from an AI assistant (Google Gemini). You're talking to an AI, not a person.
- AI can be wrong, including about dates, names and historical facts. Don't rely on the stories as your only source.
- Wikipedia texts are used under CC BY-SA 4.0, with the source shown in the app.
3. Your account
- You can use the app as a guest or create an account (email and password, Google, Apple). You must be at least 16.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or at /delete-account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't circumvent the service's restrictions or limits, scrape content in bulk, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully or against the rights of others.
5. Paid features
Some features may be paid (a city unlock, a subscription). They're bought through the App Store or Google Play on those stores' terms, refunds included. Prices are shown before you buy.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date (opening hours, access to places). To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the service.
7. Changes
We may change these Terms. We'll announce material changes in the app and ask you to agree again.
