Delete your Enava account

Here you can permanently delete your Enava account without the app. We'll email a code to the account's address to make sure it's yours.

• Deleted: the account, its routes (location data), progress, listening history and ratings.
• Database backups are kept for 7 days, after which the data is gone from them too.
• A guest account without an email is deleted in the app, or on its own after 180 days unused.

If you use the app, you can delete the account there too.
